Since I (and don't let this deter you from telling all of your friends) am going to build an awesome computer for the low low price of $565! Yes after all those threads of me trying to find a computer on eBay and the like, I've educated myself enough to have some fun building my own. It features a 1GB ATI Radeon HD 4870, 4GB of G.SKILL 1066 RAM, and is AMD based with a AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto 3.1GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 80W Dual-Core Processor, phew! In my opinion it is a very cheap way to play Crysis 2 on High settings.

Anyway, the focus of this thread is not for the new computer but the older laptop, in which I just recently put on Craigs List. If anyone wants a pretty spicy laptop for somewhere between $450-$600 or know someone who might, can you direct them to this page:

I've already had 5 requests although of the 5, 1 was a potential buyer who decided $450 was her limit, 2 of them were too illiterate to be considered legitimate, and 1 of them followed the same routine as the infamous Nigerian scammers who want you to ship out your items over seas.

Pretty much, 2004 is a more direct answer to your question. BTW just for giggles I've gone through about 20 "people" wanting to by my laptop via Craigslist and Ebay with fake paypal and ebay accounts...so stupid.

Well I guess no if you'd prefer to buy it in like monthly payments, because I can't wait months to buy a new computer, because not only do I need one for school, but for entertainment as well.
